Usage policy

This acceptable usage policy applies to EventSeat, MagicPinVault, MagicPinDB, MagicPinID, MagicPinApi, Spiltime, SpiltimeRacing, and iSpyPlate/.SpyPlate, where provided by BRS Store.

Use our applications responsibly

Use the applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable rules and the rights of others. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter, scan, or use.

Prohibited use

• Do not use the applications to harass, stalk, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person.
• Do not access, collect, or disclose another person’s private information without a lawful basis.
• Do not use the applications to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Do not introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, or disrupt connected systems or services.
• Do not misuse any connected API or exceed its published access restrictions.

App information and results

Review app results before relying on them. Identification, collection, event, timing, or other outputs may contain errors and should be checked against appropriate sources. Do not use an application while driving or when it distracts from a task requiring your attention.

Content and ownership

BRS Store and relevant rights holders retain their rights in application code, branding, and content. This policy does not transfer ownership of that material or grant permission to use third-party intellectual property.

Platform terms

Applicable App Store terms and the license agreement accompanying each application also apply. Any purchases, subscriptions, or external services are subject to their stated terms.

See our support page for application help and contact information. Include the app name and a description of the issue, without passwords or sensitive information.

Changes to this policy

Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
